the room assigned was a connecting room which was unsafe for my kids. but the staff was very nice and respectful. the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. check-in was smooth and quick!

I loved my spacious King Room with a Roll In Shower that felt so comfy! The outdoor pool area was a perfect spot to relax and soak in the sun. Plus, the complimentary breakfast had delicious mini waffles that fueled my day with a smile!

My stay was fantastic, particularly loved the cleanliness and the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The King room was spacious and well-equipped, and I appreciated the variety in breakfast options, especially the strong coffee! One thing I wish for is better 24/7 coffee availability in the lobby.

It was a fine choice for shopping in Pembroke Pines with decent value for money. Matthew at the front desk was super helpful when we had an issue with our room. Make sure to ask for a high floor for a better view.

I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the perfectly crisp bacon! The location was super convenient with stores nearby.

The staff was amazing! I was allowed early check-in, and the hotel staff helped me with the business center resources. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The view of the woods around the hotel was wonderful. I saw many different birds and other wildlife.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when I arrived early and needed to freshen up for a memorial service. They quickly arranged for an early check-in, which made a big difference. However, one of the elevators was a bit slow, and I noticed that the front desk staff didn't always greet guests right away. On the second day, I asked for my bed to be changed, but it didn’t happen despite my request. Also, I encountered some noise from the adjacent rooms, which made it hard to relax. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, but improvement in responsiveness and cleanliness would enhance the experience further.
